Hành trình thứ hai tới đây (lần trước có mã giảm giá 10% trên Foody, nên mình đi cùng bạn thân hihi). Nhân dịp đầu tháng và nhận lương, nhóm bạn quyết định khám phá không khí mới mẻ và thưởng thức những món ăn tuyệt vời tại quán.

BBQ Lão Trư - Trải nghiệm ẩm thực đẳng cấp

Comeback là có lý do, món Combo Bò thượng hạng Fuji thơm phức đốt tại bàn chế biến bởi các đầu bếp tài năng. Nhưng lần này đi với nhóm hùng hậu, quyết định đặt ngay Combo 4 người kèm theo hải sản hấp dẫn như bác hàu phô mai, sụn gà chiên và dĩa cơm sốt tôm ngon tận hưởng. Ăn kèm với ly bia, bữa tiệc trở nên trọn vẹn và đầy hứng khởi.

Lão Trư's Grilled BBQ Dish

A feast for 4 with vibrant shrimp salad, stir-fried crispy green beans, garlic butter toast, golden squid, spicy sautéed beef tendons, grilled beef, spicy sausage, Thai satay grilled chicken, accompanied by three exquisite sauces: cheese, black pepper, and spicy chili. Unfortunately, I mistakenly tasted the fiery chili sauce and it was a shocking experience.

Here's a tip for using dipping sauce: dip the golden squid in cheese sauce to savor its flavor and crunchiness; pair the garlic butter toast with grilled chicken and dip it in spicy lemongrass chili sauce for a perfect taste. Unfortunately, I couldn't handle the spiciness, so I focused on enjoying the sausage. Initially, I thought it was too oily, but dipping it in the fragrant black pepper sauce turned out to be just right (I rate this as my favorite dish in this combo).

Salad of Meat and Greens

Just noticed they have Craft beers on the menu (apparently brewed traditionally, so the flavors are quite diverse). Well, I went for it and ordered 4 glasses of different beers. Sipped one and got hooked, totally forgot about the spiciness, oh my.

What I love even more is the unlimited soft drink refill. The space, from the parking lot to the two spacious and airy floors inside, is well-designed. The staff is quite attentive and even gave advice on beer types, so we just ate, took photos, and didn't feel tired at all.
